Translate complex problems and processes with examples and in multiple versions of explanation to appeal to various learners.
Lead and manage a training group in a mature, professional learning environment.
Evaluate learner application of skills and knowledge through observation and testing results.
Provide performance coaching and honest, constructive feedback with solutions to learners to achieve performance deliverables.
