Learning & Development (L&D)
Develop and implement learning & development strategies to support the achievement of organizational objectives, aligning the framework to prevailing national standards that reflect industry best practices. Plan, deliver and accountable to operate a successful set-up of Learning Management System (LMS). Identify training needs and develop a training plan based on Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) for the staff members in consultation with Department Heads and the Reporting Officer. Co-ordinate and organize training programs and related activities. Conduct in-house training such as employee orientation. Main driver of Learning Management System to drive learning in the company and keep up-to-date training records and administration.
