Role Overview:
Tata Electronics is establishing a state-of-the-art

semiconductor manufacturing facility in Dholera

and is seeking an experienced

Learning & Development (L&D) Manager

to build and deliver comprehensive learning programs. The role will cover

technical, behavioral, and leadership development , with strong emphasis on

LMS management ,

training design and delivery , and

capability building .

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement the

L&D strategy

supporting business and technology capability goals.
Accomplished facilitator and coach
Manage and enhance the

Learning Management System (LMS)

– content design, administration, and analytics.
Plan and deliver

technical training programs
