Our growing client is currently seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful Learning and Development Manager will shape the development of people, and lead the day-to-day delivery of learning activities across skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Learning and Development Manager will use a range of L&D methodologies
* Deliver annual learning objectives
* Design and deliver blended learning that drives measurable performance improvement
* Translate business needs into practical, relevant development programmes
* Create high-quality learning content
* Use data and insight to shape decisions and improve outcomes
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in an L&D Manager or similar role
