Description
The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of learning and development initiatives across the Group. The role ensures compliance with SETA and QCTO requirements, develops competency-based learning frameworks, oversees accredited and non-accredited training programmes, and drives leadership and management development through blended learning solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development, or related field
- Registered Assessor and Moderator (advantageous)
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management
- Proven experience with SETA and QCTO accreditation processes
