As our Learning & Development Lead, you will step out of the traditional classroom and onto the field where the work happens. Partnering closely with operations and department leaders, your primary mission is to design and deliver practical, hands‑on training directly to our frontline teams. You will coach employees in real time, build comprehensive onboarding roadmaps from scratch, and lead train‑the‑trainer sessions to foster a culture of in‑house learning. This role empowers you to use direct field observations to continuously refine training programs that align with real‑time operational and business needs.
