Summary:

The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the L&D Team by managing the administrative and operational logistics that drive successful training experiences across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating training schedules, participant communications, virtual and in-person session logistics, preparing training materials, and evaluations to ensure seamless execution of onboarding, role-based training, and ongoing development programs.

Partners with Sales and Operations Trainers, Coach & Development Managers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent learner experience and support trainer focus on facilitation and coaching.
