Vivant's Training & Development team ensures every employee is set up for success from day one.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to keep our onboarding and learning operations running smoothly as we scale.

This is an execution-focused role. You'll own the logistics and coordination layer of training, scheduling, tracking, LMS management, and documentation, while supporting the Staff Trainer in delivery.

What You'll Do:

Training Operations

• Coordinate training schedules, session invites, and attendance tracking
• Manage LMS enrollment, progress tracking, completion monitoring, and learner follow-ups
• Ensure training materials, links, and modules are uploaded, organized, and accessible
• Maintain training documentation, attendance logs, and compliance trackers
• Help prepare training materials, decks, LMS modules, and reference links prior to sessions.
