Job Description

You take an active role in capability building on IL6S work processes and establish continuous improvement as a living culture by permanently challenging the status quo and behaviors of all employees at the plant to deliver conversion productivity targets and support delivery of other functional goals (safety, quality, service). You ensure that the capabilities built are maintained and the site continues its drive towards zero losses. This role is part of the R2S (Run to Standards) plan.

How You Will Contribute

• Lead the IL6S program for the site and ensure maintenance of the capabilities and improvement as new end-to-end capabilities are defined.
• Be instrumental in achieving the plant conversion productivity target and identifying opportunities to close potential gaps. Govern the productivity process in the plant.
