Within Leadership Development, Program Managers play a pivotal role in the end-to-end ownership of leadership development initiatives, from concept and development through to execution, measurement, and continuous improvement. This individual will manage a portfolio of programs, events and/or solutions that build leadership capability across critical leader levels of the enterprise.
