Responsibilities

• Set objectives for the team based on the Procurement balanced scorecard and lead team through monthly KPI governance to ensure target achievements.
• Prioritize resource allocation and team support in order to maximize overall benefits to the program.
• Work closely with cross‑functional leadership within the Global and Challenger program and the procurement leadership teams.
• Complete performance evaluation and personal development plans with team members.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Develop and manage performance management plans.
• Create formal networks internally and externally.
• Complete sourcing activities for the program.
