Lead and coordinate cabin installation, modification, and removal activities in compliance with approved data and supervisor directives
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with airworthiness standards, company procedures, and VIP quality expectations
Monitor and enforce strict compliance with work sign-off procedures, tool control, and documentation requirements
Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery in line with demanding schedules
Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities while maintaining the highest quality standards
Act as a technical reference within the team, supporting and mentoring junior mechanics
Ensure full compliance with Part-145 regulations, including inspections, torque application, locking devices, sealing, inserts installation, and EWIS requirements
