The Lead plays a pivotal role on the management team in driving performance, fostering a positive and inclusive store culture, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint. This position requires a combination of hands-on leadership, strong work ethic, operational knowledge, and a passion for cannabis education and outstanding customer service.

Team and Leadership
* Assists in training and development of the staff, building daily huddles and zone charts, and generally motivating the team towards achieving goals.
* Sets an example of leadership for other aspiring team members by showing up in uniform, being timely, creating memorable experiences for customers, and role modeling the company way.
* Leads and assists in staff coaching and setting standards of success for every team member.
