to join our Sales Performance team. We specialize in designing, building, and deploying sales performance management systems on our partner platforms. As a Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding client engagements, leading project teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex, enterprise-level solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Lead discovery sessions to derive and understand client business needs, and translate them into actionable requirements.

Oversee solution design and architecture, collaborating with team leaders and technical specialists.

Configure and optimize Varicent Incentives systems to meet client requirements.

Design and implement robust data integration strategies (ETL processes).
