Job Title: Lead Specialist, Training

The **Lead Training Specialist** organizes, executes, evaluates, and sustains training for site operations within the Taste, Texture & Health - Wisconsin hub: the Ingredient Solutions locations of Germantown-McCormick and Waukesha, and the Taste locations of Germantown-Mequon and Menomonee Falls. The Lead Training Specialist is involved in the coordination and onboarding of new employees, developing training programs for technical competency development, and promoting, teaching, and driving IMPACT continuous improvement practice training, people capability training, and performance improvement workshops.
