WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Lead Consultant** - **Traffic Engineer** to work out of our **Herndon, VA** or **Richmond, VA** office.

**Duties and Responsibilities** :

+ Serve as Project Lead for the design, management and delivery of traffic engineering projects
+ Develop concept level to final design traffic control device plans for construction/advertisement
+ Perform traffic operations/safety/capacity studies

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
+ 7+ years of experience in a related engineering position
+ VA PE registration, or ability to obtain within 6 months
+ Experience with traffic control device design in signing, pavement markings, signals, lighting, maintenan...
