About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Cable Technician / Crew Lead to support large-scale data center infrastructure projects in the Columbus area. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll spend approximately 80% of your time in the field working alongside your team, and 20% handling coordination, communication, and administrative responsibilities.
This role is ideal for a strong technician ready to step into leadership or an experienced lead who wants to stay technically involved while helping drive project success.
