College graduate or completion of any related Technical/Vocational course or experienced equivalent Knowledge on machine set-up/start-up, data gathering, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance Good communication skills, mentally and physically fit.

Good capability in cause and effect analysis, understands injection molding / assembly equipment basic electrical and mechanical diagram and informative/systematic document reporting.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an Injection Molding process specially mold set-up and process defect troubleshooting. Experiences on manufacturing assembly equipment (ex. Test machine, printing machine, electro mechanical machine).
