**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
+ 5 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
+ Experience with fiber optic network design/deployment (i.e., OSP) and data center infrastructure (i.e., ISP).

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 10 years of multi-disciplinary experience in network, fiber, electrical, and mechanical (cooling) systems.
+ Experience working with global carriers and stakeholders in the EMEA and APAC telecommunications and data center markets.
