**Description:** You will be the Lead Technical Manual Writer - Level 4 for the Technical Publications Team which is responsible for producing accurate, MIL‑STD‑compliant documentation for advanced military aeronautics systems.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the Lead Technical Manual Writer - Level 4 you will be responsible for supervising and training other technical writers, as well as, authoring and maintaining technical publications that support complex aircraft platforms, ensuring they meet stringent defense standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing flight manuals, maintenance manuals, and illustrated parts breakdown manuals in IETM formats using tools such as QuickSilver or XML.
Collaborating with engineering, software, supportability, and logistics teams to gather data and translate it into clear, actionable documentation.
Perform verification and validation activities to confirm technical accuracy and compliance with MIL‑STD requirements.
