Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering. At least 3 years' experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Plant or Automation industry or equivalent combination of work experience. Experience with Manufacturing Control System in Wet and Dry Process, Dry Blending and Packaging Areas. At least 3 years' experience with Siemens PLC (Step7/TIA Portal) experience. Technical knowledge of Batch and recipe management systems. Knowledge of GE products will be added advantage. Knowledge in industrial computer systems connectivity and communication protocols and platform such as Kepware. Experience in reading Process Descriptions and P&ID's Experience in Lifecycle documentation, generation of FAT, IOQ Test protocol. Knowledgeable in ISA S95, S88 and GMP requirements.
