Lead Support Representative, Warehouse Position Profile

The Lead Support Representative is responsible for leading and directing a team of warehouse associates and forklift drivers to ensure tasks and duties are completed accurately and efficiently. This role ensures all processes and procedures are followed and that work is completed according to established requirements. The position also assists in training warehouse associates and forklift drivers and serves as the direct backup to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

+ Works with and supports the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to plan and ensure work-related timelines and activities are met for the assigned functional area.
