Position Overview

Job Summary
:The Construction Lead Civil-Structural Superintendent is responsible for activities of the civil-structural supervision team relating to construction within the civil discipline. In this role, you will manage the organization and direction of project construction activities and oversee the management including supervision of construction craft personnel, cost and schedule, Your leadership will ensure project operations are compliant, safe, timely, within scope and budget.
Major Responsibilities:
Manages the organization and direction of construction for all earthwork excavations, foundations, precast structures, drainage features, rebar, embeds, concrete, structural steel, siding & roofing, road install programs.

Manages all civil-structural activities including actions of Bechtel craft, subcontractors, and chemical cleaning activities.
