To lead the recruitment, evaluation, training, and continuous development of all storekeepers and is accountable for establishing standardized systems, policies, and digital workflows across all Amana operating countries.
Role and Responsibilities
Oversee, guide, and directly manage all storekeepers across projects and central stores.
Lead the recruitment, assessment, and selection of storekeepers to ensure the highest competency levels.
Develop and implement structured training programs for new and existing storekeepers covering inventory control, ERP use, safety, and material handling.
