**Job Summary and Qualifications**

As a Lead Central Sterile Technician, you’ll help deliver safe, high-quality care by ensuring surgical instruments and supplies are expertly cleaned, sterilized, and ready to use. With strong attention to detail and by leading through example, you’ll help create a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement that drives excellent outcomes and improves lives every day.

**Your responsibilities will include:**

+ Leading the preparation, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and supplies, making sure all items are properly cleaned and ready for use
+ Organizing instruments and equipment based on surgery schedules and special case needs
