+ • Includes both Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development. Includes supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, new product introduction and readiness, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence. Collaborates with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Demonstrates technical understanding of engineering drawings and ability to manage vendors and solve problems.• Exhibits depth and/or breadth of expertise in supplier quality. Serves as a quality resource to the business. Contributes to the development of strategy and policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.• Ability to communicate complex messages to others and influence outcomes.
