**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**

You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting Nike India, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring leaders across functions. This role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition ITC & APLA and plays a key role in building strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs, while working closely with cross-functional teams including Talent Brand, DEI and TA COE.

We are looking for an experienced sourcing professional who brings a strong mix of research capability, structured thinking, and execution discipline.
