The Role

The Lead Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering practical, scalable, and secure technology solutions that meet business needs within the London Market. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring solutions are aligned with architectural principles and Group Technology standards.

You will work closely with development squads, product owners, and technical leads to translate architectural blueprints into actionable designs, supporting delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.
