What is the Opportunity? RBC Human Resource, BMCC (Brand, Marketing, Corporate Communications and Corporate Citizenship), Procurement and CRE (Corporate Real Estate) is undertaking multiple initiatives to realize the respective business strategy and improve the employee experience.What will you do?The projects involve modernization of the platform with Agentic AI and Cloud technologies; merge and acquisitions, safety and soundness, integrations with SaaS applications and Request for Proposals (RFP). This role includes:

Managing a team of six architects and a portfolio of 150 applications.

Leading the end-to-end solution architecture for various IT projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements, RBC’s strategy, architecture principles and technology standards.

Engage with other architecture and technical teams to certify the architecture.
