**Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated **Technical Lead** / **Lead Software Engineer** to join our team. In this role, you will be a part of shaping Guardian’s most critical customer-facing digital experiences, utilizing various frameworks such as React, Next and Node. This position requires technical familiarity with building scalable, performant web applications in AWS, working collaboratively with a team of engineers, collaborating with business leaders, UI/UX, data and leadership to create best-in-class experiences for our customers.
