**Required Qualifications:**



+ Master's Degree

+ Upon hire: California Clinical Social Worker License.

+ 4 years experience in a mental health setting.

+ 1 year experience in outpatient dialysis setting. 4 years preferred.

+ 4 years' experience in a position that required participation on an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
