Lead, SMT Operator Hourly Salary Range: $27.00-$28.00/hr *There will be a hands-on soldering exercise as part of the interview process which will take approximately 1 hour. Job Description/Responsibilities: Responsible for directly overseeing SMT & set-up areas. Setup and operate programmable screen printers, SMT placement machine and reflow oven. Handle chemicals in operation of the above machines according to established procedures. Assist in the on-the-job training of operators to the above-listed operations. Assist the shift supervisor in managing priorities and workflow as defined by the production schedule/build plan. Responsible for insuring that required processes are being followed. Meets company's and customers quality and workmanship standards. Responsible for controlled product documents use during manufacturing.
