Job Title: Lead Site Fitter - Water & Mechanical Maintenance

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Site Fitter to join a small, specialist team delivering mechanical installation and maintenance services across water treatment sites. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanical fitter to step into a lead role, taking ownership of site activities and working closely with a dedicated co‑fitter.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out mechanical installation, maintenance and replacement works on customer sites, including:

• Travelling between sites and working on pumps, pipework, rotating machinery and associated mechanical equipment
• Removing and replacing worn or defective equipment, including refurbished assets
• Isolating and removing equipment for workshop overhaul when required
