Insight Global is hiring a Lead Security Project Specialist to work on-site in San Diego, CA. This person will contribute to multiple projects at a time, being able to oversee and execute security systems installation projects for a variety of customer sites. In this role, you will work with an installation team and be responsible for driving installation deliverables on each site; from interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams, to head-end installation tasks including programming, testing, and troubleshooting security systems. You will be responsible for completing individual tasks and may occasionally be responsible for overseeing the work of other installers, which would include delegating tasks and provide hands-on technical guidance to ensure projects are completed properly.
