Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned SAP HCM Consultant to lead the HCM stream in our SAP S/4HANA implementation. This onsite position in Gaborone, Botswana demands strong functional knowledge, leadership, and effective client collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and deliver best-practice solutions.
• Coordinate with technical and functional teams for integration with FICO and other modules.
• Provide training and support for change management and end-user adoption.
• Prepare documentation and status reports.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of SAP HCM experience with at least 3 end-to-end greenfield S/4HANA implementation projects.
