Own end-to-end technical architecture for SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA on RISE PCE, BTP platform components, and connected SaaS solutions

Define and maintain SAP technical standards and establish Technical Design Authority

Translate SAP ECS Roles & Responsibilities into Clients-specific RACI frameworks

Vendor & Service Management

Act as primary technical counterpart to SAP ECS for infrastructure, monitoring and capacity management

Govern AMS Basis provider operations, automation roadmaps, and platform improvement initiatives

Coordinate with SAP SaaS product teams and third-party vendors for cross-platform integrations

Security, Identity & GRC

Serve as Basis Tower business owner under GRC governance, managing technical role concepts and Sensitive Access Transactions (SAT)
