Qualifications
- Any bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Diploma / Degree in Finance is preferred
Experience:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in the Retail/CPG Industry
- Customer / Client facing experience preferred
Skills:
- End to End understanding of Order Management Process, Agreements, Amendments, Pricing, licensee, pricing sheets, reports, etc.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient MS skills
