Lead Sales - Green & Blooming Plants

Position Overview
Sales leads are the frontline retail employees at Bachman’s. They help customers find what they’re looking for, answer questions about products and assist with product selection and purchase.
As a member of our sales team you will be responsible for the following:

Customer Service 

+ Welcome each guest in your own authentic way.

+ Identify and approach customers in the store.

+ Provide information about products and services to customers who visit or call the store for information.

+ Assist customers at the cash registers as needed and place orders for delivery. 

+ Deliver an exceptional guest experience by prioritizing customer needs.

Revenue Generation
