Position Overview
With over 150 US accounts currently managed by our US Expansion Sales team, we will utilize a team-selling model to leverage our deep-rooted relationships with US-based decision-makers. This coordinated approach ensures we capitalize on existing trust to accelerate revenue growth within our Mexico operations.
- US Expansion accounts will each be assigned to a MXExpansion AE. We will leverage a territory-based account assignment system to maximize our AEs time based upon their physical location. Account assignments can be found here.
- We will implement a shared incentive strategy to compensate both the US Expansion AE and MX Expansion AE for northbound and southbound cross-border services. Drive new revenue opportunities connected to US-Mexico cross-border operations.
