Job Description
Lead risk & policy for all Auto Lending ProductsBuild risk and policy framework for different lines of businessesMaintain credit quality of assigned portfoliosEnsure credit loss and credit cost is within projected levels on all such portfoliosDesign/develop/credit policies, new programs, processes, products from risk management perspectiveLead, modify & release amendments in the policies and programs across all Auto lending products with an optimal mix of underwriting concepts and use of data science toolsThe Successful Applicant
15 years of experience in retail risk with significant experience in wheels businesses specially Used Car, New Car, Commercial Vehicle lending in Banks/NBFCs/Fintechs
