Position Overview
Job Description
Lead Fab equipment engineering teams to ensure high tool uptime, reliability, and stable manufacturing operations. Drive preventive/predictive maintenance, optimize equipment performance, resolve chronic tool issues, and support yield and cost?reduction projects. Oversee tool installations, upgrades, safety compliance, and vendor management.
Responsibilities
Manage and mentor equipment engineers/technicians
Improve MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and cost?of?ownership
Execute PM/CM programs and data?driven troubleshooting
Lead root-cause analysis and cross?functional problem solving
Handle spare parts, budgets, and vendor relationships Requirements
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
8?12+ years semiconductor equipment experience; 3?5+ years leadership
