Position Overview
Job Summary
Utilizing a family-centered approach, provides empirically-based intervention activities to clients with developmental disabilities, ages 14 months and older, in the client home and/or other natural settings, to facilitate inclusion into the least restrictive environment.
Essential Job Expectations
- Expected to check work email account minimum twice per day (morning and evening)
- Maintain updated availability with a minimum 30 days notice to implement changes
- Render 100% of sessions on Code Metro daily
- Submit scheduling tickets within 1 business day of triggering events in 100% of opportunities
- Notify case supervisors of any cancellations and makeups within the same business day of triggering event
- Expected to make up 85% of missed sessions per GOALS Time Off Policy
