Overview

The IT Quality Tech Lead Analyst is a mid‑level position responsible for hands‑on implementation of AI‑driven test automation inclusive of CI/CD and modern techniques in testing. The overall objective of this role is to ensure quality delivery of applications through AI‑driven functional and automation testing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Experience in AI driven test automation
• Takes ownership of tasks assigned and reports to senior management appropriately at regular agreed intervals.
• Build and enhance scalable test automation frameworks that support efficient test execution and maintenance.
• Write, execute and run manual/automated test cases regularly and analyze test results, logging any defects and providing detailed reports.
