We are looking for Head of Quality Engineer (Test Lead) who is able to manage Quality Engineer Team, coordinates business and technical to develop people, as well as perform individual work ensure quality of delivery for all IT projects deliverables. The success candidate to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites with AI to ensure efficient and effective testing coverage for software products. Identifies KPIs for product quality assessment, collaborates with key stakeholders to resolve quality issues in software development lifecycles, conducts test reviews, and proposes solutions to mitigate quality-related issues.
