As a Lead you will act as a key pillar of our Props Team, overseeing artistic quality, mentoring talent, and establishing workflows across a diverse portfolio of high-end games. Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Prop Artists, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
• Quality Control: Ensure all assets meet the specific artistic and technical requirements of our AAA partners, maintaining a Gold Standard output.
• Pipeline Management: Develop and optimize efficient modeling and texturing workflows (PBR) to meet demanding production schedules.
