Lead Proposal Analyst

Our Curtiss-Wright Nuclear Division team in Frederick, MD is growing! As a Lead Proposal Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and managing proposals in response to business opportunities, typically for utilities, universities, and the government. You will create comprehensive, clear, and polished proposal documents in responses to customer Requests for Proposal. The Proposal Analyst will analyze request for proposal (RFP) requirements, gather necessary information, and ensure compliance with company and client specifications. Additionally, you will collaborate with our internal teams including technical, sales, finance, contracts, and senior management to create compelling, competitive proposals. Strong research, writing, and organizational skills are essential in this role.
