Standardization and Scalability: Drive standardization of processes across all Markets ensuring  a lean and efficient set-up across Pandora markets 

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Work closely with the Regulatory AML & Compliance team from our licensed entity and ensure the program meets all regulatory commitments across our APAC markets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
