Position Overview
You will lead user‑centred design across the full product lifecycle. From generative research and concept validation through to delivery and post‑launch iteration, while coaching client design teams to build lasting capability. This is a consultancy role: you champion users relentlessly, design at scale, and are as energised by enabling others as by crafting great design yourself.
- Plan and run generative and evaluative research (interviews, usability tests, field studies) to uncover real user problems.
- Synthesise insights into clear findings that shape product direction and validate or challenge assumptions.
- Lead design on cross‑functional teams, from concept to high‑fidelity, with a systems‑thinking mindset and scalability in mind.
