In this role, you will straddle the strategy and execution of AI Strategy & Execution at American Family. You will conduct analyses of market trends, customer empathy, and internal and external data to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value. You will be a leader in discipline, influencing others on product design, best practices, and principles. You will drive strategy and innovation as it relates to future technology products. We will measure success on outcomes and metrics according to area/enterprise goals.

You will report to the Senior Manager, AI Solutions and Innovation, and operate within the Enterprise Strategy & Innovation organization on the AI Solutions & Innovation team.
