Mission
As Product eng. Area manager / Lead product engineer you are responsible for applying engineering principles and analytical techniques to the design and/or development of product concepts, components, or assemblies. The Lead Product Engineer will be responsible for all technical information for the assigned project scope. The Lead product Engineer is the Senior technical contact between customer engineering and Grupo Antolin. As product eng. Area manager you must provide oversight of other product engineers assigned to the department following up their technical activities and their own professional development.
Create and maintain an accurate GA eBOM throughout the program
Create and maintain an engineering open issues document that is updated weekly through PDT meetings.
Complete all P-06 defined deliverables directed to product engineering in a timely fashion (based on phase/gate timelines)
